Additional Information
Once the spots are full, we will open a wait list registration and inform you of open spots in order of the wait list.
IMPORTANT: If you will be 18 or older as of the trip dates, you are required by CHWC to go through Protecting God's Children training and a background check. Please contact your Youth Minister for more information on this as soon as you register so we have time to help you get that sorted.
All students must fundraise a minimum of $250 in addition to the Registration Fee. Fundraising is a big commitment, but is a necessary part of this mission trip. After you register online, fundraising instructions will be automatically sent to you by email. They are also available here. Once you have completed your fundraising, you must submit your donations online here so we can send a thank you letter to your donors. Please plan to hand in your minimum fundraising requirement of $250 by June 1st.

For specific Information about the Camp and Home Base where we will be staying for the trip, you can visit Catholic Heart Work Camp's Website here. PLEASE NOTE: You should NOT click "Register Now" on the CHWC website. Please go through the BOLD registration website, where a specific group link is provided for you to register for CHWC through our group.
There will be a full group information meeting held in the early spring. TBD on dates and locations. These meetings are to answer parents and teens questions, meet the other teens and chaperones going, and to go through important fundraising and trip information! Please mark your calendars if you plan to attend CHWC and keep an eye out for an email with specific meeting information once registered.
Once registered, be sure to start reading the information about Catholic Heart Work Camp provided on their website here. We would like every participant to click and read through each link on the righthand sidebar of that page prior to going on the trip. There is a lot of useful information about rules and guidelines and other important information provided there.
